Fermented using the traditional Georgian technology in a kvevri, and then fermented in an oak barrel. It has a straw color. The aromas are complex, with white berries and citrus paired with green tea tones. The light and sparkling body is rich with melon and lime aromas. The acidity completely revives the body of the wine.
